The park has specific supervision requirements for climbers aged 16 and under. Climbers under 16 must be directly supervised by an adult (17+). Children aged 7 and 8 require one climbing adult for every two children, while those aged 9 to 16 need one adult (participation not required) for every six children.

Course access depends on the participant''s age. Climbers aged 7-8 can access courses 1-3, those aged 9-10 can access courses 1-5, and climbers aged 11 and above can enjoy all courses.
