Starting in the historic town of Jarrahdale, you''ll follow the Stacey''s Loop and Kitty''s Gorge trails, taking in the old growth forest, boardwalks, bridges, and granite outcrops. The 14km hike offers stunning waterfalls, hidden cascades, and picturesque forest views, leading you to the breathtaking Serpentine Falls.
After the hike, you''ll head to the Millbrook Winery, a multi-award winning restaurant, to enjoy a delicious two-course lunch, featuring seasonal modern Australian fare, complemented by Millbrook''s award-winning wines. The restaurant offers sweeping views of the surrounding jarrah forest, providing a perfect end to your adventure.
This experience is suitable for those who love hiking and indulging in fine food and wine. The terrain is undulating with uneven rocky ground, and there is one long steep ascent/descent towards the end of the hike. However, the hike is achievable for most who can cover a distance of 8kms.
