This two and a half hour cruise is the perfect way to spend a leisurely Sunday, bringing along a picnic lunch and beverages of your choice while discovering the hidden gems and learning about their history.

Waratah, built at Cockatoo Island in Sydney Harbour in 1902, will take you on a journey to see her birthplace, along with other Harbour islands, Goat, Spectacle and Snapper. You''ll also see historic Mort''s Dock and Woolwich Dock which catered for the ships of yesteryear, with an experienced tour guide aboard to help with interesting background.

The cruise departs at 12noon sharp from the Northern end of Pirrama Park, Pyrmont, NSW. It is recommended to wear sensible footwear, as stilettos and sharp-heeled shoes are strictly prohibited, and bring a windproof jacket as the breeze can be cool on the Harbour.

Getting to the cruise is easy with various transport options available, including walking from Town Hall station across the historic Pyrmont Bridge, taking the Pyrmont Bay ferry from Wharf 5 at Circular Quay, Light Rail from Central Station, or Bus No 389 which runs from Bondi Junction to Pyrmont and goes through the city via Park St. There is also parking available at Jones Bay Wharf Car Park, 17-23 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont.
